Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the new school year! We are excited to share the specifics of our first growth opportunity for the year. This meeting will be virtual but we are hoping the next meeting will be an in-person event. Keep your fingers crossed.☺️

We are thrilled to announce that at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 6, Tara Linney will be leading a session entitled “21 New Tech Tools to Connect and Empower Learners of All Ages”. In this session, we'll look at new technology tools that are used to connect with and empower learners, from our youngest students to the many educators in our schools and systems. Join us to learn about these new tools and some updated features of tools that you may have been using all along. From voice technology to data-based tools, this session will give you an overview of the tool and how it is used in education.

Tara Linney is the Director of TL Specialists LLC, an organization focused on supporting educators with meaningful, SEL-focused technology integration. Please see the linked agenda for more information.

We are also seeking new AATE officers. We hope you will fill out this brief survey if you are interested in this impactful service opportunity.

This opportunity will be open to all AATE members. AATE members are encouraged to forward this email to all teachers in their respective schools. Interested participants will need to register for this event so that we can send the secure login link and password to those attending.

Hope to see you soon,

Connie
